Therapy in person, by video, or by phone — wherever you are in Alberta. All sessions are 50 minutes and offered at a pace that fits your life.
Book a Free ConsultationIndividual therapy is an opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and look at what's really going on — with someone who will meet you there without judgment. Together, we'll explore what you've been carrying and work to understand the patterns underneath. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a confidential, therapist-led space to help you move forward — at your own pace.
You don't need to have it figured out before you walk in. That's what we're here for.
Couples therapy offers a structured, supported space to slow the pattern down — to talk, to listen, and to understand each other a little more clearly.
The goal isn't to "win" the argument. It's to feel less alone in it.
Whether you're working through recurring conflict, a breach of trust, communication that keeps breaking down, or simply a growing distance between you — couples therapy can help. We'll explore what's getting in the way, build skills for communication and repair, and move toward what you'd both like your relationship to look like.
Therapy is not about assigning blame — it's about building something better, together.
There is one session rate for all service types — individual and couples alike. Sessions are 50 minutes. I provide an official receipt after each appointment for insurance submission.
Insurance coverage: Sessions with a Registered Psychologist are covered under most extended health benefits plans. We direct bill most major insurance providers, and provide a detailed receipt after every session for any remaining reimbursement. Coverage amounts vary — I recommend confirming directly with your insurer.
A free consultation is the simplest place to start. We'll talk through what's on your mind and figure out together if working with me is the right fit — no pressure, no commitment.
